Prices are in NZD. Standard delivery across New Zealand is free on orders of $90 or more after discounts. Below that there is a flat $25 charge, shown in your cart before you pay. Delivery takes 5 to 7 days, after 24 to 48 hours processing. You can pay by credit or debit card (through Stripe) or with PayPal. See the delivery details and returns terms before buying.
If something is not right
Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply to everything we sell. If an item turns up faulty, or it is not what the page described, email us and we will put it right. Our refunds and returns page explains how that works.

Who is behind Flair Silk Company
Flair Silk Company is part of a family-owned group of online stores. Our CEO, Renoo Caruso, is a Christian preacher based in Phetchaburi, Thailand. Renoo leads a local church with a congregation of more than 200 people and shares daily Bible teaching in Thai through renoo.faith and a YouTube channel with over 1,600 videos.
That faith shapes how we trade. Clear prices, honest product details, and a real person answering your email. We would rather lose a sale than mislead a customer.

Mulberry silk at 22 momme and polyester satin, in eleven colours, all 51 cm by 76 cm.

A 19 momme mulberry silk flat sheet, and microfibre satin sets in four or six pieces.

Satin pyjama sets, two lounge robes and 19 momme mulberry silk boxer shorts.

What does Flair Silk Company sell?
Pillowcases, sheets, sleepwear and sleep accessories, in mulberry silk and in satin. Each product page says which one it is, so you always know what you are buying.
Is satin the same as silk?
No. Silk is a fibre that comes from the silkworm. Satin is a weave, a way of making a smooth, glossy fabric. Our mulberry silk items are silk. Our satin items are a separate line at a lower price, and every product page says which one you are looking at.
How much is delivery?
