We collect the name, email, phone number, delivery address, order details and messages you provide to process purchases and answer enquiries. Payment providers process card or account details through their own services; do not send card numbers by email or through our contact form.

We use order information for payment confirmation, fulfilment, delivery, customer service, record keeping and fraud prevention. We share information necessary for these purposes with payment processors, hosting and order services, delivery providers and customer support.

Overseas processing

Our corporate administration is in Thailand and some service providers process information overseas. We must handle overseas disclosures consistently with the Privacy Act 2020, including applicable safeguards under information privacy principle 12.
