Shipping & Delivery

New Zealand delivery

Allow 24 to 48 hours for processing and 5 to 7 days for delivery. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships. These are estimates; contact us if your delivery is overdue.

Delivery prices

Standard delivery is free when the goods total is NZ$90 or more after discounts. Below that threshold, delivery costs NZ$25. Express Delivery is also available for NZ$25, including when your order qualifies for free standard delivery. The original service does not publish a separate faster estimate for that option.

The valued-customer discount applies to goods before delivery is calculated. No separate tax is added at checkout. Your full NZD total is shown before payment.

Address and tracking

Check the delivery address and contact details before paying. Use Track Your Parcel for tracking help. If a parcel is missing or damaged, contact our team with the order reference so we can investigate.

Personalisation and other destinations

Embroidery adds 2 to 3 days to the normal delivery time. The original store also accepts other destinations; contact us for an estimate outside New Zealand. New Zealand timing above should not be assumed for international destinations.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. Faulty, misdescribed or unfit goods are handled under the applicable statutory remedies. Voluntary change-of-mind fees do not apply to those remedies.
